As a Senior Animator, you will beresponsible forgiving credibility and transmitting the specificemotions ineach moment of the film.You should be able to understand and handle different stylesof animation and bring them to the highest artistic and technical level. As a senior, you must also help and push the team, being an example to othersand showing strong consistency throughout your work, whether you are tackling body mechanics, acting, facial performance or final polish.
Responsbilities
Createsanimations at the highest artistic and technical level.
Worksclosely with the Director, Supervisorand Leads in a team environment.
Collaboratesand proposesgenuine and unique acting or movement for each assignment in alignment with the story and context.
Plansher/his own assignments to reach the deadlines,considering the interaction with the Director,Supervisorsand Leads.
Keepsthe characters in model, andrespectthe design of the production.
Is open toprofessional feedback and possible changesindirection during the animation process.
Keepsup on current artistic methodologies and ontechnology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.
Works together with the team providing them withsupport, guidanceand instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth.
Follows the Supervisor’s and Lead's guidance.
Requirements
5+years in VFX or animation industries.
3+ years in the animation industry.
Strong artistic or/and technical aptitude related to 3D animation is a must.
Drawing skills are desirable.
High English level desirable.
Spanish desirable.
