administrative tasks.\n\nSolves most tickets in the first contact and otherwise escalatesit.\n\nConfigure mobile devices.\n\nPerforms scripts in different languages (Power Shell, Pythonand VB Script) to improve and maintainthe environment.\n\nTests internal developments.\n\nMonitors and updates the inventory of hardware and software.\n\nEnsures that the quality standards requiredfor the support service are met.\n\nResolvesand assistswith incidents escalated by otherSupport Technicians.\n\nKeepsup on current artistic methodologies and ontechnology trends and tools that best suit the production and the company in the development of a stronger creative and technical environment.\n\nWorks together with the team providing them withsupport, guidanceand instruction in areas that contribute towards their artistic and professional growth.\n\nFollows the Supervisor’s and Lead's guidance.\n\nRequirements\n5+years inITdepartments.\n\nExperience with logging tools and ticketingmanagement.\n\nExperience in design, installation, diagnosis and maintenance of local area networks, wireless networks, network electronicsand IT security.\n\nKnowledge and experience in the integration of new applications and new hardware in user equipmentand inventory maintenance.\n\nKnowledge and experience in different OS: LINUX (Rocky, CentOS, ,Ubuntu), OS X, Windows, Windows Server.\n\nHigh English level desirable.\n\nSpanish
