processes with the company's process assurance system.\n\nCreate and maintain detailed documentation of all processes related to eVTOL manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance.\nEstablish standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for each critical phase of the aircraft development lifecycle.\nConduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established process assurance protocols.\nMonitor and ensure compliance with aviation regulations, standards, and certifications applicable to eVTOL aircraft, including ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254.\nIdentify potential risks in the and certification\nProven track record of developing and implementing process assurance systems.\nStrong understanding of aerospace quality standards and regulations, including ARP4754, DO-178, and DO-254.\nProficiency in quality management tools and software.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills.\nExpertise on Supplier Competency Survey\nDesirable Skills\nExperience with
