experiência em supervisionar e motivar vendedores outbound.\n\nGestão de CRM (idealmente HubSpot)\n\nConhecimento em vendas outbound B2B - experiência em ligações frias e fechamento de negócios por telefone.\n\nOrientação para resultados (KPIs e metas) - capacidade de analisar métricas e garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos.\n\nComunicação clara e persuasiva - tanto com a equipe quanto com clientes.Capacidade de treinamento e desenvolvimento de talentos - formar e aprimorar as habilidades dos consultores.\n\nOrganização e gestão de processos - garantir que os fluxos de vendas e acompanhamento sejam cumpridos.\n\nAdaptabilidade e pensamento analítico -
