Building on technology developed through the longest continuous renewably powered flight program in history, this fast-growing company is creating a new class of unmanned aircraft that combines the persistence of geosynchronous satellites with the sensing capabilities and flexibility of a large airborne platform.\nSkydweller Aero Inc. has its global and U.S. headquarters in Oklahoma City, with European operations headquartered in Spain.\nResponsibilities\nWorking closely with the Company Program Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:\nDesigning, developing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).\nApplying project management principles to develop and manage large, complex program schedules.\nPerforming program schedule analysis, including schedule metrics, critical path, float, schedule variances, dependencies, and overall schedule performance.\nBuilding and maintaining program-level Integrated Master Schedules that incorporate major milestones and deliverables from internal teams, vendors, and government sources.\nMonitoring vendor schedule performance, including weekly and monthly schedule variances.\nDemonstrating proficiency with enterprise-level scheduling software.\nSupporting the development and transition of mid-level Technology Readiness Level (TRL) technologies from concept inception through design, build, verification, and testing.\nLeading Internal Research & Development (IR&D) efforts and/or contracted programs.\nSupervising direct reports and demonstrating a strong understanding of project and systems engineering principles.\nApplying previous experience as a Chief Engineer and/or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead on development programs.\nApplying experience as a voting member of a Change Control Board (CCB) or Engineering Review Board (ERB), or as a signatory responsible for engineering drawing release and/or change authorization.\nPrioritizing, planning, scheduling, and following up on planned work to ensure accuracy and optimize productivity.\nReviewing planned work requests, validating the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, and engaging the appropriate resources to establish preliminary priorities.\nReviewing work requirements and determining the most effective approach for successful execution.\nActively participating in scheduling meetings with operations planners to establish work priorities, optimize downtime windows, and determine necessary lead times.\nIdentifying work requiring engineering design and coordinating requirements with the Engineering team.\nPerforming other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.\n10+ years of progressively complex program administration, program management, engineering, or related experience, including at least four years of program management experience.\nSix or more years of prior experience working as an engineer (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, or a similar discipline).\nAdvanced proficiency with Jira.\nProficiency in Python programming.\nExperience developing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards preferred.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management and scheduling tools.\nAdvanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.\nDemonstrated experience working within complex engineering and/or technology development programs.\nApplication Information\nPlease note the following when applying:\nPlease ensure that your resume/CV is submitted in English.\nCandidates should submit only one application.
