This position is contingent on contract win.\nThis is a remote position. \nResponsibilities:\nEngineer CI/CD workflows using customer's existing Atlassian Cloud, FSA GitLab, and NGDC AWS environment.\nImplement pipeline-as-code, reusable templates, automated quality gates, environment provisioning, configuration automation, and release controls. \nIntegrate unit, integration, end-to-end, security, compliance, and infrastructure testing into delivery workflows. \nImplement infrastructure-as-code and cloud deployment patterns that support portable and severable applications. \nMaintain pipeline tool inventories, code standards, reusable libraries, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation. \nSupport compliance with NIST SP 800-218, applicable OMB/CISA guidance, STIGs, and CIS standards. \nProvide platform troubleshooting, performance improvement, access support, and technical guidance to development and Government stakeholders. \nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience. \nHands-on experience implementing enterprise CI/CD, cloud/platform automation, infrastructure-as-code, configuration management, and release automation. \nExperience with Git-based development, automated testing, security-tool integration, and AWS or comparable cloud environments. \nAbility to develop and maintaintechnical procedures, reusable automation, and platform documentation. \nAbility to obtain a 6c Public Trust. At least an active Secret clearance is highly preferred.\nU.S. Citizenship is required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGitLab CI/CD and Git workflows \nAtlassian Jira/Confluence \nAWS DevSecOps \nTerraform/CloudFormation or equivalent IaC \nContainers and platform automation \nNIST SP 800-218 \nSTIG/CIS compliance automation \nCompensation:\nSalary Range: TBD\nThe SkyePoint Decisions salary range for this position is a general guideline only.
