This is a remote position.\nResponsibilities: \nDevelop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.\nConfigure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.\nSupport data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.\nConduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust have 6+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.\nMust have a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.\nMUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE (DHS OR SECRET DOD PREFERRED) AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A DHS PUBLIC TRUST. \nExperience developing and maintaining advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts. Knowledge limited to OOTB configurations will not be sufficient, all projects include a strong degree of customization to meet customer needs.\nStrong Javascript abilities (this will be tested during the interview process).\nMust have experience configuring, customizing and implementing ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements. \nMust demonstrate strong communication skills during the interview process and be able to actively engage in team meetings and chats by contributing ideas, asking questions, and providing feedback.\nFamiliarity with the agile methodology and experience working on agile scrum teams.\nMust be able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment.\nMUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States.\nUS Citizenship is required.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification preferred \nService Portal experience and strong experience in widget customization.\nCompensation:\nSalary Range: $100,000-$124,000\nThe SkyePoint Decisions salary range for this position is a general guideline only.
