Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain integrations between Skyfall's AI layer and enterprise software like ServiceNow, ITSMI, JSM, BMC Remedy, Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
  • Build scalable, high-performance APIs and connectors for data ingestion and bidirectional synchronisation.
  • Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, JWT, API keys) to access external systems.
  • Work with REST, GraphQL, and SOAP APIs to extract and process structured and unstructured data.
  • Ensure data normalisation, transformation, and mapping between different enterprise software schemas.
  • Optimise API performance for low-latency, high-volume enterprise workloads.
  • Debug integration issues, monitor API health, and build resilient, fault-tolerant pipelines.
  • Collaborate with AI, front-end, and DevOps teams to align integrations with product features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in back-end development and integrations with enterprise software.
  • Strong expertise in Python, Node.js, or Java for building API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and GraphQL APIs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise ITSM, HR, and ERP systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, SAP, BMC Remedy, and JSM.
  • Experience working with OAuth, SAML, JWT, and API security best practices.
  • Proficiency in database design and query optimisation (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL like MongoDB).
  • Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS).
  • Strong knowledge of microservices, containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
