We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to be the communication hub of our 24/7 dispatch center, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.\nThe Role\nSkyHop Global is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dispatcher to serve as the central communication hub for our 24/7 airline crew transportation operation. In this role, you will coordinate real-time communication between airline flight crews, airline partners, station leadership, and drivers to ensure the safe, reliable, and on-time transportation of airline pilots and flight attendants.\nThis is a fast-paced, high-volume, mission-critical position requiring the ability to simultaneously manage multiple phone calls, crew requests, driver communications, dispatch issues, operational reports, emails, system updates, radio traffic, and rapidly changing operational conditions while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and monitor airline crew transportation to ensure safe, reliable, and on-time service.\nServe as the primary point of communication between airline crew members, drivers, station leadership, airline partners, and the Operations Control Center (OCC).\nManage multiple communication channels simultaneously, including phone calls, emails, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, radio communications, and operational messaging platforms.\nMonitor vehicle locations and dispatch activity, adjusting schedules and assignments in response to flight delays, traffic conditions, weather events, vehicle issues, and other operational changes.\nCoordinate driver assignments while maintaining service standards and maximizing operational efficiency.\nAccurately document operational activity, service disruptions, incidents, and schedule changes in company systems.\nIdentify operational risks and escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner.\nDeliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.\nCollaborate closely with fellow dispatchers and operations team members to ensure seamless coverage across a shared dispatch environment.\nWhat It Takes to Succeed\nSuccess in this role requires exceptional multitasking, situational awareness, and sound judgment. Multiple dispatchers work together to support the same operation, making continuous communication, teamwork, and coordination essential.
