This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy building systems that think, see, and act, and who are excited about solving problems that operate at scale in production environments.\nYou will work closely with the Founders Office, product, and engineering teams to design and build AI-driven solutions across computer vision, autonomous agents, and intelligent automation. The focus is on solving hard problems using data, models, and systems that create measurable impact for large enterprise customers.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, build, and deploy AI systems involving bots, agents, and intelligent workflows\nWork on large-scale image and video datasets to solve real-world computer vision problems\nDevelop and optimize models for tasks such as detection, segmentation, tracking, and classification\nBuild end-to-end AI pipelines including data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment\nSolve complex, ambiguous problems using a combination of algorithms, models, and engineering judgment\nCollaborate with product and domain teams to translate real-world problems into AI solutions\nImprove model performance, robustness, and scalability in production environments\nDocument systems and approaches to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing\nMandatory Skills and Qualifications\nStrong foundation in machine learning and deep learning concepts\nHands-on experience building bots, agents, or autonomous systems\nExperience working with large image or video datasets\nStrong understanding of computer vision techniques and architectures\nProficiency in Python and common ML frameworks\nAbility to think systemically and solve problems end to end\nPreferred Attributes\nExperience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow\nExposure to vision models including CNNs, transformers, or multimodal architectures\nExperience deploying AI models in production environments\nComfort working with unstructured data and noisy real-world inputs\nStrong ownership mindset and bias for action\nOur Core Values\nAt Skylark Drones, our values guide how we work, collaborate, and grow together.
