You know how to design and maintain robust APIs, integrate with third parties, streamline a customer workflow, and track down a pernicious bug.\nIn this role you'll work closely with both Customer Success and Engineering to identify and address common customer pain points, as well as improve the internal tools and systems used by our CS team.
