applications.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and develop complex, multi-pageCanvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.\nBuild and manage solutions using Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, and security.\nDevelop custom PCF components and integrate JavaScript where required.\nIntegrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365 SQL Server, Excel, Dataverse, REST APIs, and other enterprise data sources.\nBuild automated workflows using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, including flows integrated with Power Apps.\nDevelop reporting and analytical solutions using Power BI and DAX.\nApply strong data modeling, transformation, and ETL techniques to build scalable business solutions.\nDevelop and integrate Python-based solutions/automation where required.\nHandle Power Apps concepts such as delegation, reusable components, controls, performance limitations, and application optimization.\nOwn end-to-end quality of applications, including functional testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production readiness.\nWork with business analysts and technical leads to translate requirements into technical solutions and end-to-end project plans.\nParticipate in solution design and recommend alternative approaches based on client requirements.\nDeliver projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.\nMentor team members on Power Apps, Power Automate, and broader Power Platform best practices.\n\nRequirements: \n3-5 years of overall experience, with strong hands-on Power Apps development experience.\nAdvanced expertise in Power Apps: Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.\nStrong understanding of Dataverse, Business Rules, PCF components, and Power Apps components.\nStrong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.\nStrong Power BI and DAX knowledge.\nExperience with SQL, data modeling, and data transformations.\nWorking experience in Python development/coding.\nExperience integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics, SQL, Excel, APIs, and Dataverse.\nStrong understanding of Power Apps delegation, controls, performance optimization, and platform limitations.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience leading/planning projects and mentoring developers.\nExposure to Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint platforms.\nKnowledge of Power Platform governance and evolving platform capabilities.\nMicrosoft Power
