The perfect candidate will bring 3+ years of software experience across orchestration and AI frameworks. They should have a passion for both software architecture and AI first products.\nA great fit:\n3+ Years of Software Experience\n\nHas architected and built chatbots and AI agents\n\nIs familiar with LLMs through APIs (OpenAI, etc) and with standing up your own models\n\nHas strong prompting skills and is working on bettering them everyday\n\nAbility to curate, test, and maintain datasets\n\nStrong programming skills (Python)\n\nIs scrappy, knows how to ship, and values progress over perfection\n\nWants to set, maintain, and adhere to great software engineering standards (comments, testing, documentation, high quality review)\n\nWants to deeply understand technical domains and work on large-scale challenges\n\nWants ownership and autonomy in a role that will supercharge your growth both professionally and personally\n\nYou will:\nWork with forefront large language models to architect and design a chatbot for travel\n\nBuild and deploy both general and fine tuned models across cloud infrastructure\n\nBuild individual preferences into our system\n\nTech Stack:\nLLMs: OpenAI and Anthropic\n\nBackend: Python, Django, Celery, Redis, Postgres\n\nFrontend: React, Typescript\n\nInfrastructure: AWS, Docker\n\nAbout the interview\nIntroduction zoom chat with a cofounder\nThis is an informal call for us to meet each other and get to know one another. The conversation will cover some light technical discussion about your past projects and your ability to code and build fairly involved systems. We would like to hear details about those projects and both your product and technical decisions (good or bad) which show ownership and autonomy. We also want to understand what you are looking for in your next role and why you are interested in early-stage startups.
