The role requires strong project management, creative awareness, and logistical coordination to deliver high-quality production outcomes.\nProduction Management\nCollaborate with Directors and the creative team to translate concepts into actionable production plans within logistical and budget constraints.\nLiaise with clients and Relationship Managers to ensure clear communication and alignment on production requirements.\nCoordinate team schedules and production resources to optimize efficiency and workflow.\nConduct research and gather information that supports production planning and decision-making.\nPre-Production Planning\nWrite and review scripts or program concepts while preparing production schedules and budget estimates.\nConduct research on internet trends, video formats, sounds, and music to inform fresh content ideas.\nAnalyze past analytics and campaign performance to guide creative and production decisions.\nPrepare production breakdowns including casting, location scouting, crew coordination, and equipment requirements.\nProduction Execution\nProvide daily production schedules and coordinate with the Director to ensure smooth filming and recording processes.\nMonitor production timelines and adjust schedules when necessary to address unexpected changes.\nEnsure all production activities comply with copyright regulations and relevant agreements.\nMaintain strong client relationships during shoots by addressing concerns and ensuring smooth on-site coordination.\nProject Leadership\nDefine and manage project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones in coordination with the MVPS Lead.\nIdentify necessary resources and assign tasks to ensure project objectives are achieved.\nFacilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and communication across stakeholders.\nTrack project progress and adjust plans as needed to maintain timelines and quality standards.\nPitches & Presentations\nParticipate in pitch presentations, providing insights related to shoot production and creative execution.\nAssist in preparing presentation materials and communicating production concepts to internal teams and clients.\nIndustry Knowledge & Continuous Learning\nStay informed about trends in production, digital content, advertising, and creative media.\nKeep up with evolving best practices in production workflows and creative
