Ultimately, this will help reduce the cost and risk of operations for the industry.\nWhat will you be getting into?\nWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Systems Integration Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing operation of the Horizon Finance platform. This role will help coordinate integrations between outsourced service providers (OSPs), client accounting systems, and internal reporting platforms.\nWorking closely with the Portfolio Manager for Integrations, the successful candidate will support data onboarding, monitor integration progress, troubleshoot data issues, and help ensure financial data is accurately uploaded and processed within Horizon Finance.\nThe role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations, and requires strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.\nAs a Finance Systems Integration Analyst, you will:\n Assist with onboarding new outsourced service providers (OSPs) to the Horizon Finance platform.\nCoordinate the collection of financial data from external accounting systems.\nSupport the mapping of charts of accounts between OSP systems and the Horizon Finance structure.\nReview uploaded financial data for completeness and accuracy.\nData Management & Validation:\nAssist in preparing and transforming financial datasets for upload into Horizon Finance. \nPerform quality checks on uploaded accounting data and bank statement files.\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies or formatting issues.\nMaintain documentation of data structures, mappings, and integration processes.\nOperational Coordination:\nAct as a point of contact for OSP integration queries and follow up on outstanding data requests.\nTrack integration progress across multiple funds and service providers.\nMaintain integration timelines and task lists.\nAssist in organising training sessions and guidance materials for OSP users.\nReporting & Analysis:\nSupport reconciliation and validation of financial information within the platform.\nAssist in monitoring integration performance and identifying opportunities for process improvement.\nPrepare internal updates on integration progress and key issues.\nContinuous Improvement:\nHelp identify opportunities to streamline data ingestion and automation processes.\nAssist in testing new system features and enhancements within Horizon Finance.\nSupport the development of best practices for financial and operational data integration.\nRequirements of the job:\n1-3 years of experience in finance operations, data analysis, or financial systems integration.\nStrong communicator who can collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple integration processes and data onboarding timelines simultaneously.\nSolid analytical skills with experience in data mapping, reconciliation, and troubleshooting financial data discrepancies.\nComfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving technology environment.\nBonus
