You’ll work closely with the team and contribute to creating a smooth and engaging employee journey.\nImportant Notes:\nThis practical internship provides hands-on and immersive experience into the world of work in HR.\n\nInternship duration is 6-9 months, on full-time basis (40 hours /week).\n\nThe start date is as soon as possible.\n\nThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Please ensure that you meet the legal requirements to undertake an internship in The Netherlands.\n\nYou must be based in The Netherlands, ideally near Amsterdam.\n\nWe offer a monthly internship allowance, lunch allowance, and transportation allowance. However, accommodation is not provided.\n\nHere’s a glimpse of what you’ll be learning and supporting\nHR Operations & Administration\n\nDevelop an understanding of core HR Operations by supporting employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and critical administrative tasks within the People team.\nRecruitment & Talent Acquisition\n\nLearn how to manage and own the recruitment process from end to end (initial proposals up until hiring stage).\nOffice & Workplace Management\n\nBuild practical experience in office operations by supporting day-to-day workplace needs, vendor coordination, and internal event organization.\nHR Tools & Process Improvement\n\nGain exposure to HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and explore opportunities to improve processes, including the use of automation and AI tools.\nYou definitely won’t be bored here, but we want to be intentional about where your energy and ambitions lie. Our goal is to shape an internship that accelerates your learning curve, aligns with your aspirations, and helps you grow into the kind of People Professional you want to become.\nThat means focusing not only on the content and hands-on experience, but also on developing your natural strengths and the skills you’re excited to build for the future.\nRequirements\nWhat we’re looking for\nRecently graduated or currently pursuing (as long as your schedule allows 32-40 hour/week) Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Most importantly, you’re eager to work for and with people.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nA proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.\n\nComfortable handling administrative tasks while staying curious about the bigger picture.\n\nStrong communication skills in English. Dutch is preferred!\n\nHigh level of self-awareness. No one is perfect, but you bring a reflective understanding of your strengths, natural pitfalls and how to cope with these.\n\nInterest in HR, people topics, and startup environments.\n\nBonus points if you’ve had exposure to HR tools, enjoy working with data, and have a curiosity (or even better, a passion) for automation & AI. if you believe in working smarter, not harder, thrive on continuous improvement, and naturally look for ways to optimize and improve whatever can be optimized, you’ll fit right in.\n\nYou are already based in the Netherlands, within commuting distance to Amsterdam.\n\nLastly, you’re intrinsically driven to get the most out of this internship!
