You’ll be on the shop floor building and integrating aircraft, then working through issues that show up when systems come together. Mechanical, electrical, avionics. If you’ve actually had to figure things out, you’ll do well here.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and assemble aircraft structures and systems from the ground up\n\nFabricate and work with composite parts (not the only thing you do)\n\nInstall and integrate mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems\n\nBuild and route wiring harnesses, perform testing and validation\n\nTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during build and integration\n\nSupport ground and flight test prep, including pre/post flight checks\n\nWork across subsystems and understand how they interact, not just your piece\n\nImprove build processes, tooling, and repeatability over time\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n4+ years building or working on real systems (aircraft, UAVs, vehicles, robotics)\n\nStrong mechanical foundation first, not just composites\n\nExperience working across full systems, not just one area\n\nElectrical experience: harnesses, connectors, testing, basic diagnostics\n\nAbility to read drawings, wiring diagrams, and actually use them\n\nComfortable troubleshooting without a step-by-step playbook\n\nHigh ownership.
