If you're driven by infrastructure excellence and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we’d love to hear from you!\nResponsibilities: \nMaintain and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems and protocols (SAN/NAS) \nAdminister virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware vSphere) and manage VMs \nPerform physical server maintenance, including hardware diagnostics and racking \nManage Windows and Linux servers, including package and service configuration \nSupport backup and recovery operations across physical and virtual environments \nDevelop and maintain automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) \nMonitor system performance and proactively address infrastructure issues \nCollaborate with vendors for hardware and support coordination \nDocument system configurations, processes, and network topologies \nParticipate in on-call rotation and adhere to change management processes \n\nRequirements: \nIdentity & Directory Services \nProficiency in administering Microsoft Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy Objects (GPO), Organizational Unit (OU) structure, FSMO roles, and trust relationships \nExperience managing DNS and DHCP server roles in Windows Server environments, including zone configuration, record management, and troubleshooting resolution issues \nFamiliarity with PKI and certificate lifecycle management, including internal Certificate Authority (ADCS), certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation \nExperience integrating services with LDAP/Active Directory (e.g., authentication for third-party applications, RADIUS-based network access control, or SSO solutions) \nMicrosoft 365 Administration \nExperience administering Microsoft 365 tenant, including user provisioning, licensing management, and role-based access control via the M365 Admin Center \nProficiency in managing Exchange Online, including mailbox management, mail flow rules, anti-spam/anti-phishing policies, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups \nFamiliarity with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and hybrid identity scenarios, including Azure AD Connect synchronization, Conditional Access policies, and MFA enforcement \nExperience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features (Defender for Business, Purview basics, DLP policies) is a plus \nWorking knowledge of SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration for storage quota management and permissions governance \nAtlassian Suite Administration \nExperience administering Jira (Software and/or Service Management), including project configuration, workflow customization, permission schemes, and user management \nAbility to manage Confluence spaces, page permissions, and templates to support technical documentation and knowledge base maintenance \nFamiliarity with Bitbucket repository administration, including repository access control, branch permissions, and integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bamboo or Jenkins) \nExperience managing Atlassian user directories, including LDAP/Active Directory integration for centralized authentication and group synchronization \nUnderstanding of Atlassian Data Center or Cloud deployment models and licensing considerations is a plus \nStorage Administration: \nExperience in maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting enterprise-grade storage systems (e.g., NetApp, Lenovo), including SAN/NAS protocols (NFS, SMB, iSCSI, Fibre Channel). \nKnowledge of storage provisioning, replication, and performance tuning. \nPhysical Server Management: \nProficiency in maintaining physical servers, including hardware diagnostics, component replacement (e.g. hard drives, RAM etc.), cabling, and general upkeep (e.g. Firmware/BIOS/RAID/HBA/NIC updates) \nExperience coordinating with support vendors and suppliers for hardware issues, parts, and warranty claims. \nFamiliarity with server racking, stacking, and power/cooling considerations within a data center environment. \nOut-of-Band Management (OOBM - iLO, iDRAC or IPMI \nVirtualization Systems: \nIn-depth administrative experience with Virtualization Systems (e.g. VMware vSphere ESXi, vCenter Server), including configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. \nAbility to manage and provision virtual machines (VMs) across various operating systems. \nOperating Systems: \nWindows server administration skills (various versions). \nLinux server administration skills (Ubuntu/Debian preferred) - package management, service configuration, and command-line operations. \nBackup System Administration: \nExperience in managing backup solutions for both physical servers and virtual machines (VinChin backup solutions is highly preferred). \nFamiliarity with various backup strategies (full, incremental, differential) and recovery procedures. \nRegular backup restore testing. \nScripting: \nAbility to write scripts for basic system administration tasks and automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python, or similar). \nExperience with scripting for integration between different systems, e.g., Bamboo and Active Directory. \nMiscellaneous: \nExperience deploying and administering Wazuh (as SIEM platform), integrating with external systems, maintain and upgrade Wazuh components, manage index retention policies, and ensure platform availability \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving complex infrastructure issues. \nAbility to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and operational procedures. \nExperience with infrastructure monitoring tools to proactively identify and address potential issues (Zabbix, Prometheus+Grafana) \nUnderstanding of IT security principles and best practices as they apply to servers, networks, and data centers. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders. \nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. \nWillingness to participate in on-call rotations for critical system support. \nAdherence to change management processes and procedures. \nWould be a significant plus \nFamiliarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, e.g.: \nInfrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform \nConfiguration Management: Ansible \nVersion Control: Git \nCI/CD Pipelines: Jenkins \nGitOps: ArgoCD \nLogging & Monitoring: ELK Stack \nPublic Clouds: any major provider (AWS/GCP/Azure) \nContainerization: Docker & Kubernetes \nNetworking knowledge: \nUnderstanding of networking concepts \nExperience in configuring and troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco ASA, Fortigate) -
