Responsibilities: Drive capacity planning, bottleneck analysis, and manufacturing readiness to support production demand and factory ramp requirements Lead industrial engineering studies and initiatives to optimize labor productivity, machine utilization, and manufacturing efficiency Develop and maintain simulation / analytical models for factory planning, scenario analysis, and decision support Partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Finance teams to evaluate CapEx requirements, cost models, and business cases Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to improve cycle time, throughput, cost, and operational performance Support manufacturing automation and digitalization initiatives including MES / system enhancements where applicable Lead cross-functional projects and drive implementation of process / system improvements with measurable business impact Establish and maintain IE standards, methodologies, and best practices across the organization Mentor junior engineers / peers and contribute to development of IE team capability Requirements: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
