Our focus is not only on building great solutions, but also on empowering people and creating lasting impact.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nAdvise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape on various solution architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration.\nImplement and architect large scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.\nEvaluate and identify IT-related risks, including compliance, operations, revenue, and growth risks.\nEngage as a trusted advisor across technology topics and the software lifecycle, articulating ROI, risk, and value.\nDevelop, as part of a team, technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve effectiveness of the IT organization, specifically focusing on business application integration.\nProduce target state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment and gap analysis and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap.\nWrite technical designs and documentation; provide guidance and training to clients.\nCollaborate with clients and Slalom consultants to translate business requirements into technical requirements.\nDefine activities, work products, staffing plans, cost estimations, and schedules required for migration/modernization consultation in proposals and SOWs.\nContributes to delivery via billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and/or in SME roles within market’s portfolio, with specific utilization target defined by level.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nStrong ability to share ideas and communicate with peers and clients.\nAbility to lead solutioning during proposal phases or offering development.\nFluency in the development and use of solution architecture frameworks, patterns, and best practices to drive business transformation. Familiarity and exposure to Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.\nExperience in analyzing business and technology requirements to design and build scalable enterprise application architectures. Ability to explain principles of application architecture to clients using value-based frameworks.\nExperience with client or stakeholder negotiations and presentations.\nBring strong experience in software engineering and DevOps, particularly in production environments using AWS.\nDesign and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.\nApply expertise in configuration management and infrastructure as code, using tools such as:\n- Chef, Puppet, Ansible\n- Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM\nContribute to security-focused engineering practices, including:\n- Identity and access management\n- Firewall configuration\n- Fundamental cloud security principles\nKnowledge of application development practices including Agile and SAFe, systems development lifecycle, GitOps, and implementation of software products.\nDemonstrate a growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies quickly\nUse acquired knowledge to solve practical business problems for customers\nDemonstrable experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nPassion for learning and a proactive approach;
