The focus on the customer operations team is to be the front line of support for our customers.\nWe are looking for Customer Operations Specialists who want to help the amazing financial advisors using Slant. At Slant, customers have questions; they may ask for help cleaning up some of their import data, or they might want to know how get registered for the weekly customer webinar. Whatever it is, they deserve quick help and great service. \nJob Description\n1. Answer and guide customers with support requests\n2. Work with Customer Success to help on various imports and customer tasks\n3. Be both an advocate for our customers & a shield to our developers. Our Customer Operations Specialists know which things are worthy of escalating to engineering and which things can wait. They can cut through the noise of one-off emails and distill them into meaningful feature requests.\n4. Be a great communicator. Our customer operations specialists speak plainly and precisely and know their audience. Speaking to a customer and speaking with an engineer are very different, and our team knows how to speak both languages.\n5. Become an expert on RIAs and financial advisors - you will need to know RIAs, RMDs, annual reviews, compliance, and more.\n6. Collaborate with sales and customer success - you will need to know what the new customers are trying to achieve, set good expectations with support, and work together\nIdeal Candidate\n1. 1-2 years tech/software experience\n2.
