We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.\n| WHAT YOU GET TO DO:\nCoordinate engineering and manufacturing changes through launch.\nTrack approvals, implementation status, and closure activities.\nFacilitate change control review meetings.\nMonitor critical changes and escalate risks.\nMaintain change dashboards and reporting.\nSupport manufacturing readiness assessments.\nDrive action closure across stakeholders.\n| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:\nBachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field.\n3+ years of automotive manufacturing or change management experience.\nExperience with Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar PLM systems.\nStrong project coordination and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.\nWHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?\nAt Slate, we’re fueled by grit, determination, and attention to detail.
