The spirit of DIY and customization runs throughout every element of a Slate, because people should have control over how their trucks look, feel, and represent them.\nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nThe Quality Systems Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Quality Management Systems Manager in the administration and continuous improvement of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). This position ensures system integrity, compliance, and user support while driving standardization, training, and integration across the organization.\nWHAT YOU GET TO DO\nCollaborate with the Quality Management Systems Manager to develop eQMS Administrator SOPs and work instructions. \nReview and standardize existing SOPs and work instructions for consistency. \nTest and validate new features, workflows, and updates prior to deployment. \nAssist in configuring system settings, workflows, and user permissions. \nAssist in developing training materials to promote effective system usage. \nWork with module administrators to organize SOPs, Work Instructions, and training resources. \nProcess system security and module eQMS access requests. \nInitiate and monitor system-related Jira tickets for issue tracking and resolution. \nProcess and resolve all supplier-related eQMS issues. \nProvide first-level support for eQMS-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed. \nManage user accounts, including creation, updates, and deactivation based on role changes. \nMaintain document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and archival. \nMonitor system usage and recommend process improvements. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements. \nManage IMDS system setup and develop workflows.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\n5+ understanding of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949). \nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nExperience with IMDS\nHands-on experience with eQMS platforms and system administration. \nAbility to work autonomously on projects.\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. \nAbility to train and support users effectively. \nStrong communication and documentation skills \nWORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIREMENT\n Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
