We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.\n| WHAT YOU GET TO DO:\nLead launch issue management, deviation reduction, and readiness reviews.\nDrive accountability across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.\nOwn launch dashboards, quality metrics, and executive reporting.\nLead escalation and recovery planning for critical launch risks.\nCoordinate containment and corrective action strategies.\nFacilitate senior leadership reviews and decision-making forums.\nCoach and mentor Program Management Analysts.\n| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:\nBachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.\n3-5 years of automotive manufacturing, launch, quality, or program management experience.\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to drive results in complex launch environments.\nWHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?\nAt Slate, we’re fueled by grit, determination, and attention to detail.
