Collaborate cross-functionally to implement cost reductions, drive supplier quality, and ensure adherence to Slate General Terms and Conditions.\n| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\nBachelor’s degree\n\n8-10 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or Engineering.\n\nProven experience sourcing Automotive Manufacturing Facilities’ requests in support of Facilities team, EH&S team, Quality team;-\n\nSourcing Construction projects; general contractor and various trades-\n\nSourcing Maintenance equipment and services\n\nSourcing MRO (a bonus)\n\nContracting for Construction services, and Maintenance agreements\n\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\n\nAbility to identify process issues and drive improvements to improve operational efficiency.\n\nKnowledge and experience with ERP systems and implementation - i.e. NetSuite, Zip\n\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills\n\nHigh level of integrity\n\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment, with strong follow-through to complete projects on time\n\nWHY JOIN TEAM SLATE?\nAt Slate, we’re fueled by grit, determination, and attention to detail.
