This role ensures smooth technical integration of optimization tools and maintains site performance during testing.\n| WHAT YOU GET TO DO\nImplement A/B and multivariate tests using tools like Optimizely.\n\nEnsure website functionality and performance during testing phases.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRO tools.\n\nMaintain and optimize integrations between testing platforms and analytics tools.\n\nWork closely with developers and marketers to deploy tests effectively.\n\n| WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM\n2+ years of experience in web development, CRO, or digital analytics.\n\nHands-on experience with Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar platforms.\n\nKnowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for testing implementations.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\n\nAbility to work cross-functionally with design, development, and marketing teams.\n\nWork Authorization Requirement:\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.\nSalary Range: The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors.\nBase Pay Range (Annual)\n$75,000 - $104,000 USD\nAdditional Compensation and Benefits: Slate offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
