This person provides real-time support to Product & Service Delivery as required, and is responsible for the cost of service delivery.\nDevelop technical job designs for the Product Line.\nIdentify areas where new and cost-effective techniques can be applied.\nExplore opportunities for value-added products and services.\nProvide technical support throughout the service delivery process.\nUnderstand and communicate the value of technology and interpretations.\nConsult with relevant subject matter experts to optimize technical designs.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement of service delivery and formally communicate findings.\nSupport the operational unit PSD team and PSD Manager in the execution phase with design changes as required due to changes in job dimensions, resource availability or service quality incidents.\nAssist in incident response, recovery and investigation.\nSupport multiple Product Line operations with a collaborative optimized job design.\nAssist the Sales and Commercial team in evaluating technical viability and tenders.\nAnalyze job execution versus design, and formally capture design improvements and optimization opportunities, including lessons learned and best practices.\n10 years + relevant expeience in Artificial Lift (ESP) application engineering.\nBachalors in Engineering or Techniclogy \nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
