The Site HSE Manager holds full accountability for implementing SLB’s HSE standards, ensuring contractor compliance, and promoting a proactive safety culture across all site operations. Acting as the single point of HSE leadership at site level, this role engages daily with construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain a safe, compliant, and incident-free work environment.\nThis position requires presence in the construction sites; candidates are to be open to domestic relocation based on project schedules & locations. Qualified candidates anywhere in the US will be considered. Relocation assistance is available to Shreveport and/or construction sites as required.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nImplement and manage the project quality plan, inspection test plans (ITPs), and associated procedures.\nLead the implementation of the site HSE plan, emergency response plan, and risk management procedures.\nConduct regular safety walkdowns, inspections, and audits across all work areas and contractors.\nFacilitate daily toolbox talks, weekly safety meetings, and engagement sessions with site personnel.\nEnsure all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions are reported, investigated, and closed out.\nMonitor contractor HSE performance and enforce compliance with project requirements and procedures.\nCoordinate induction, training, and awareness programs for all site personnel and visitors.\nMaintain accurate HSE documentation including reports, permits, and inspection records.\nSupport the Site Manager in reinforcing HSE expectations and accountability across the site team.\nQualifications And Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in safety management, Engineering, or Environmental Science.
