This role drives supplier performance across quality, delivery, cost, capacity, and responsiveness while ensuring suppliers are aligned with business growth plans, project schedules, and customer requirements.\nWorking closely with Sourcing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams, the Supplier Manager leads supplier development initiatives, mitigates supply chain risks, and ensures a high-performing and resilient supply base capable of supporting rapid business growth.\nResponsibilities\nManage strategic supplier relationships for fabricated components, electrical equipment, mechanical systems, and integrated assemblies supporting Data Center Infrastructure products.\nEstablish supplier performance objectives related to quality, delivery, lead time, capacity, cost competitiveness, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and maintain supplier scorecards and monitor supplier performance against established KPIs.\nLead regular supplier business reviews to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and align on future business requirements.\nPartner with Sourcing teams to support supplier selection, onboarding, qualification, and performance management activities.\nCollaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers and Engineering teams to resolve supplier quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nEvaluate supplier manufacturing capabilities, capacity constraints, business continuity risks, and scalability to support forecasted growth.\nLead supplier development initiatives focused on improving quality, reducing lead times, increasing capacity, and mitigating supply chain risks.\nSupport supplier facility assessments, capability reviews, and process audits.\nMonitor open orders, critical shortages, and supplier delivery performance, escalating issues and driving recovery plans when necessary.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Planning, and Project Management teams to ensure suppliers can meet project schedules and customer commitments.\nSupport negotiation activities related to supplier performance, service levels, and commercial agreements.\nIdentify risks related to financial stability, operational performance, compliance, and supply continuity and develop mitigation plans.\nCollaborate with suppliers to improve operational efficiency, increase responsiveness, and reduce total cost of ownership.\nSupport sustainability, ESG, and supplier compliance initiatives as required by SLB and customer requirements.\nTrack and communicate supplier performance trends, risks, and improvement plans to business stakeholders.\nIdentify opportunities and implement actions that reduce waste, improve efficiency, and strengthen supplier relationships.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Supplier Development.\nExperience working with suppliers in industrial manufacturing, electrical equipment, data center infrastructure, oilfield equipment, power distribution equipment, modular systems, fabricated assemblies, or related industries.\nStrong understanding of supplier management processes, supplier development, supplier performance measurement, and supply chain risk management.\nExperience leading supplier performance reviews and driving measurable improvements in supplier quality, delivery, and cost.\nKnowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes including machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, electrical assemblies, coatings, and system integration.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and manufacturing documentation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to utilize supplier performance metrics and data-driven decision making.\nExperience supporting supplier audits, capability assessments, and qualification activities.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience working within cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, and Supply Chain.\nProficiency with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI capabilities preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Data Center Infrastructure, power systems, E-Houses, switchgear, modular buildings, packaged equipment, or large industrial capital equipment projects.\nExperience with supplier quality methodologies, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives.\nAPICS, CPSM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.\nExperience managing suppliers supporting fast-growth manufacturing environments.\nTravel\nAbility to travel as needed domestically for supplier assessments, business reviews, audits, and
