This role is responsible for managing end-user support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies.\nSuccessful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nProvide timely onsite and remote IT support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.\n\nInstall, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.\n\nSupport user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup, access rights, and equipment allocation.\n\nMonitor and maintain local IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, Wi-Fi access points, and cabling.\n\nAdminister and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and standard corporate applications.\n\nManage IT asset lifecycle: procurement requests, tagging, tracking, and decommissioning.\n\nEnsure compliance with IT security standards, data protection policies, and corporate governance requirements.\n\nCollaborate with regional/global IT teams for escalated issues, projects, and system upgrades.\n\nMaintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and service requests in IT service management tools.\n\nConduct IT trainings for end-users in English (covering tools, applications, and IT best practices).\n\nSupport IT-related projects, including system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.\n\nQualifications and Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n2-4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or similar roles.\n\nStrong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and Microsoft Office 365 suite.\n\nUnderstanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).\n\nExperience with IT asset management and ticketing/service desk systems.\n\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\n\nEnglish language proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (both written and spoken), with the ability to deliver user trainings in English.\n\nIndustry certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are an advantage.\n\nSLB is an equal opportunity employer.
