technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).\nExperience with IT asset management and ticketing/service desk systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nEnglish language proficiency at a minimum Upper-Intermediate level (both written and spoken), with the ability to deliver user trainings in English.\nIndustry certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications) are an
