This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise, commercial leadership, and industry relationships to help customers maximize production performance through innovative technologies and digital solutions.\nAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions to both onshore and offshore operators throughout Brazil.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive revenue growth by promoting SLB's production technologies, digital solutions, and service offerings.\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within Brazilian Oil & Gas operators.\nIdentify customer challenges and position technical solutions that deliver measurable business value.\nDefine and execute market growth strategies aligned with business objectives.\nAchieve assigned annual sales and revenue targets.\nSupport the full sales cycle, including opportunity development, solution design, technical presentations, demonstrations, and proposal preparation.\nProvide technical expertise during customer engagements and technology launches.\nRespond to customer technical inquiries and develop validation and business-case materials.\nEnsure the highest standards of ethics, quality, and HSE in all activities.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.\nMinimum requirements\nDegree in Production Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related.\nMore than 10 years of experience in similar roles, business development, or commercial roles within the Oil & Gas industry & Gas operators.\nStrong understanding of Brazil's production market, production optimization and flow assurance workflows in onshore and offshore operations.\nExperience selling digital technologies and software solutions to the Energy industry, translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value.\nExperience with SLB Flow Assurance software solutions: PIPESIM, OLGA, OFM.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nEnglish and Portugues advanced\nSLB offers equal employment opportunity.
