The Digital Technical Sales Reservoir and Production Engineer develops a deep understanding of the Reservoir and Production Domain strategy and how Reservoir and Production domain expertise and technology will contribute to products and services adoption in the Divisional Unit.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelops new business by actively participating in promoting of Slb's new technology and services offerings in Reservoir and Production Domain.\nEstablishes lasting, professional relationships with customer contacts.\nUnderstands customers local environment and identifies new technical applications suited to their needs.\nEnsures that customer problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed.\nProvides answers to technical questions on reservoir and Production domain from customers and produces validation elements.\nMaintains integrity in all words and actions ensuring ethics, quality and HSE (Health Safety and Environment) are evident and a key differentiator.\nProvides technical support for Reservoir and Production Engineering sales activities such as bid proposal preparation, technical design options, and other technical services for RE domain.\nProvides technical support for marketing activities such as presentations, demonstrations, and technology launches on RE and PE domain.\nProvides input to marketing about requirements for new product definition in RE and PE domain.\nDelivery of the yearly assigned revenue targets for RE and PE Domain.\n\nLocation of Assignment: Navi Mumbai , INDIA\nReporting to Digital Sales and Commercial Manager\nBehavior:\nCustomer focused; communicates effectively with stakeholders; promotes good client relations on a social and professional level with strong oral and written communication skills; able to confidently facilitate meetings.\nPractices effective listening techniques.\nStrong drive to seek alignment.\nStrong Team Player & ready for traveling and client-facing roles. \nLeads by example and always acts professionally.\nMinimum Qualification - Bachelor Petroleum engineering and technology or Master of Science, Master. Tech. in Geology/ Geophysics/ Geoscience from reputed university.\nExperience - Preferably from Oil and gas upstream industry with minimum 5 years’ experience in Reservoir engineer and Production Engineering and an additional 3 to 5 years’ experience post-qualification in Technical Sales domain related to Reservoir and Production sales roles as Technical Sales engineer, in any upstream Oilfield service company.\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
