Understand the structure, relationship and business rules of the organization.\nIdentify the linkages between its strategies, organization, people, data and systems, business policies and business rules, as well as the physical assets of the business.\nModel the business as is versus the requirements.\nAnalyze the business using a variety of techniques and initiatives of varying scope.\nDefine project success and validate requirements.\nManage the concept phase and framing of the project to support and guide the development of system requirements and business cases.\nProvide engagement and delivery of high level business requirements, functional and nonfunctional requirements, detailed requirements, build and development support, support during test and delivery phase, and change management.\nSupport testing and identify project delivery issues and risks; assist with mitigation strategies.\nWork with the IT professional during the different phases of the project life cycle.\nEngage stakeholders from senior business leaders to technical teams.\nAssist in the professional and technical development of team members.\nCoordinate customer responses to capture changes in business requirements.\nProvide quality assurance advice to vendors working on system requirements and system integration build deliverables.\nEssential qualifications\n§ Bachelor¹s degree in Engineering OR MBA in Operations/Supply Chain OR\n§ Bachelor’s in Computers / Engineering with a master’s in Operations/Supply Chain\n§ Excellent communication, verbal and written skills\nKey competencies in functional area\n§ Experience in Supply chain/ Operations in the industry\n§ Experience in implementing business applications in a functional role is desirable but not necessary\nOther skills and abilities\n§ Ability to work in global distributed setting without supervision\n§ Self-driven, Proactive, Systems Thinking\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
