This role provides hands-on experience in maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The trainee will support service delivery operations, participate in risk management and continual improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to technical and customer-focused aspects of engineering in the field.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute service delivery to customers and ensure job deliverables are accurate and timely\n\nParticipate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs\n\nAssist Design/Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid evaluations\n\nDevelop customer contacts to promote company products and services\n\nEnsure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections\n\nLead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance\n\nParticipate in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality initiatives\n\nWear appropriate PPE and follow HSE policies\n\nMaintain required safety training and certifications\n\nProvide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed\n\nWhat We Offer\nHands-on experience in field engineering and service delivery operations\n\nMentoring from experienced engineers and field specialists\n\nExposure to customer interactions and real-world engineering challenges\n\nCareer development opportunities in field engineering and technical operations\n\nCollaborative and supportive work environment\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEngineering / Master degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics or related field)\n\nStrong interest in field operations and service delivery\n\nBasic understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills\n\nMotivation to learn and grow in field engineering and service delivery\n\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
