If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it.\nPosition - Procurement Specialist Intern\nResponsibilities\nBe responsible for purchase order (PO) processing.\n\nSupport purchase requests when needed.\n\nDefine the correct buying channel for each request; choose the best supplier in terms of price, quality and lead time.\n\nEnsure that a PO is created correctly and follow up on any issues related to PO creation.\n\nCreate and dispatch supplier POs to supplier.\n\nSupport the Procurement Specialist Spot Buyer\n\nSupport day-to-day interactions with suppliers\n\nEscalate complex issues to the Category Procurement Leader.\n\nPerform problem solving for noncomplex issues with operations users.\n\nTrigger catalog and buying guide updates when required.\n\nPropose documentation changes and process improvements when required.\n\nTrack deviations and raise nonconformances.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects.\n\nExperience & Exposures:\nFresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in procurement, supplier management, sourcing or equivalent.\n\nCandidate should have good written and spoken English.\n\nGood communication skills are essential\n\nCandidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.\n\nPosition - Finance Intern\nResponsibilities\nAssist the Financial Lead with providing financial analysis of profit and loss and balance sheet accounts, including other nonfinancial metrics accounts.\n\nSupport day-to-day accounting requirements.\n\nHelp coordinate, review and distribute standard reports such as monthly financial analysis.\n\nSupport the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting and monthly updates.\n\nBe responsible for best practice research, recommendations and implementations.\n\nWork with country finance and business partners for process improvements and efficiencies.\n\nWork closely with the Financial Analyst Lead and key business partners on a regional and global level.\n\nExperience & Exposures:\nFresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.\n\nCandidate should have good written and spoken English.\n\nGood communication skills are essential\n\nCandidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.\n\nPosition - Human Resources Intern\nResponsibilities\nUpdating company databases with employee contact information and employment details.\n\nResponding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.\n\nCoordinating new hire orientations.\n\nScreening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.\n\nOrganizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.\n\nPosting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.\n\nAssisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.\n\nAssisting in the planning of company events.\n\nPreparing and sending HR-related letters or emails to candidates.\n\nExperience & Exposures:\nFresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.\n\nCandidate should have good written and spoken English.\n\nGood communication skills are essential\n\nCandidate should be proficient in all Microsoft office applications.\n\nSLB is an equal opportunity employer.
