This role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies, network operations, troubleshooting, automation and infrastructure projects while working under the guidance of experienced network engineers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWAN ServicesAssist in monitoring enterprise WAN infrastructure, including SD - WAN, MPLS, Internet, and ISP connectivity.\nSupport network engineers in troubleshooting WAN connectivity and performance issues.\nHelp coordinate with telecommunications providers and vendors for circuit provisioning and incident resolution.\nParticipate in WAN migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.\nAssist in documenting WAN designs, configurations, and processes.\nLearn and support emerging WAN technologies and connectivity solutions.\n\nLAN ServicesAssist in the administration and support of campus and data center switching environments.\nSupport configuration and maintenance activities for VLANs, routing, switching, and QoS implementations under supervision.\nParticipate in network hardware deployment, refresh, and lifecycle activities.\nAssist in maintaining network documentation, inventory records, and diagrams.\nSupport standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across LAN environments.\nLearn and follow established network architecture and security standards.\n\nWireless ServicesAssist in supporting enterprise wireless infrastructure, including controllers and access points.\nParticipate in wireless site surveys and basic performance assessments.\nSupport troubleshooting of wireless connectivity and roaming issues.\nAssist with wireless deployments and access point installations.\nLearn wireless design fundamentals, optimization techniques, and security best practices.\nSupport Guest, BYOD, IoT, and corporate wireless services.\n\nOperations & SupportProvide first - level and second - level network support under the guidance of senior engineers.\nParticipate in incident, problem, and change management processes.\nAssist in monitoring network health, performance, and availability.\nSupport planned maintenance activities, upgrades, and network changes.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.\nParticipate in major incident investigations and post - incident reviews as a learning opportunity.\nContribute to a collaborative \"Follow the Sun\" support model.\n\nSecurity & ComplianceFollow network security standards, policies, and best practices.\nAssist in monitoring network security controls and compliance requirements.\nSupport vulnerability remediation activities and security -related projects.\nLearn networking security concepts including segmentation, access control, and network monitoring.\n\nAutomation & Continuous ImprovementAssist with network automation and scripting initiatives.\nLearn to use APIs, Python, and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.\nParticipate in process improvement and workflow optimization initiatives.\nSupport technology evaluations, lab testing, and proof - of- concept activities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (completed within the last 0 - 2 years).\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals gained through coursework, internships, projects, or certifications.\nBasic knowledge of:TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP\nRouting and Switching concepts\nLAN/WAN networking fundamentals\nWireless networking basics\nNetwork troubleshooting methodologies\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications and technical documentation.\nStrong willingness to learn new technologies and networking concepts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCisco CCNA certification (completed or in progress).\nInternship, academic project, or laboratory experience in networking.\nExposure to:SD -
