Plan and monitor production order which include releasing of work orders and ensure on\ntime delivery of shipment based on customer requirement. This includes:\nRaise routing request, submit cost roll form before WO launch\nReview backlog and ensure no past due MAD and align CSD to ensure completion\ndate accuracy, Request for CAD date change and follow up with Project dept.\nRework order creation & follow up for NCR components under Engineering revision\nchange.\nPrepare shop packet based on planned order report\nHandling project add-on requirement (if required)\n2. Follow up on material kits status to ensure full kits prior the planned start date:\nPrepare for 3-month shortages list (add in as necessary) - “Buy-parts” with buyer,\n“Make-parts” with production planner; and periodically update on toolbox file.\n3. Follow up on revenue items with operations as per listed in the revenue file to ensure\ncompletion as per revenue commitment plan.\n4. Attending meetings & updating status to ensure current communication flow to shop\nfloor & management:\nAttend ODM (Office Daily Meeting) and update the status.\nAttend SFDM (Shop Floor Daily Management) meeting\nWeekly\n1. Revenue projection update & balance to PTS (Pass-to-stock) status.\n2. Preparation & communication of reports:\nProvide weekly report/ updates on material kits status for Production Planner to\nschedule production.\nLead weekly meetings with the operating team to review the plan.\n3. Conduct A4 problem solving as part of continuous improvement process.\n4. To review master routing lead time after releases versus material master lead time\n(rough cut routing) to stabilize MRP.\nMonthly\n1. Review on work center hours and summarize material kits status for the current month\nand next one month.\n2. HSE submission (RIR & OI) as part of the company KPI.\n3. Review exception messages for production order and perform re-scheduling to reflect\nthe current schedule/ progress.\nOthers (when required)\n1. Trigger for delivery notes once parts has been PTS.\n2. Handle Substitution request (if required).\n3. Project request on customer cancellation cost analysis.\n4. Handle MR (Material Request) triggered by shop floor.\n5. MTO Switching request (if required).\n6.
