# Pump Operator - Cementing

The Pump Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Pump Operator identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations. Rig up and rig down cementing service equipment at work locations. Learn basic oil well operations and the associated hazards. Assist with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete associated documentation as well as other documentation, and forms as required. Operate and maintain cementing equipment. Maintain a high standard of safety and environmental awareness by complying with all applicable HSE procedures and standards.
