This person discovers how SLB attracts, assesses and hires talent, and how a strong employer brand helps build the\ncompany’s future workforce.\nSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication.\nAssist in planning and running campus engagement activities such as career fairs, recruitment talks and university partnership programs.\nHelp maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers and reports to monitor hiring progress.\nContribute to employer branding initiatives, including content for social media and campus outreach.\nLearn about the energy industry, SLB’s business divisions and the talent needs of each.\nFollow prescribed internship guidelines for each week as closely as possible.\nNote: Talent Acquisition sits at the front line of SLB’s brand. Every candidate interaction shapes how future talent sees the company.
