The role combines strong software engineering expertise with solution design, technical decision-making, troubleshooting, engineering quality, and developer mentoring.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide technical direction for application development, enhancements, modernization, and integration initiatives.\nDrive solution design across UI, backend, API, microservices, integration, and database layers.\nDefine and review technical approaches, API contracts, service boundaries, integration patterns, and data flows.\nRemain hands-on and contribute to complex development, proof-of-concept work, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis when required.\nProvide technical guidance for Angular frontend development and C#/.NET backend implementation.\nLead development and integration of RESTful APIs using ASP.NET WebAPI and microservices-based architectures.\nReview code and technical designs and promote maintainable, reliable, testable engineering practices.\nIdentify technical risks, cross-system dependencies, performance concerns, and engineering blockers early in the delivery lifecycle.\nSupport production troubleshooting across application, API, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.\nWork effectively with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, and dependent application teams.\nMentor developers, promote knowledge sharing, and strengthen team capability across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native technologies.\nCore Technical Skills\nAngular\nC# / .NET\nASP.NET WebAPI\nREST APIs and JSON\nMicroservices architecture\nMongoDB\nSQL Server\nApplication architecture and solution design\nPreferred / Additional Technology Exposure\nDocker and Kubernetes\nIIS and Nginx\nElasticsearch\nRedis\nRabbitMQ\nCI/CD and modern DevOps engineering practices\nCandidate Profile\nStrong hands-on full-stack development background with the ability to work across Angular, .NET, APIs, microservices, and databases.\nDemonstrated ability to own technical solutions and guide developers through complex engineering challenges.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and technical decision-making skills.\nExperience working on business-critical enterprise applications and coordinating technical dependencies across systems.\nSuggested Experience\n8-12+ years of software development experience, with significant experience in solution design or technical leadership for complex enterprise applications.\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
