The Tender Manager is one of the main sponsors of the Contracts Management System in the GeoMarket. This person is also responsible in coordination with the Supply Chain team for the management of all wellsite subcontracts which offer products and/or services associated with our Client Contracts, and for the resolution of all Contractual issues in accordance with our Client Contracts Risk Standard. Ensures that Schlumberger Client Contracts for products and/or services signed in the GeoMarket are in compliance with the Client Contracts Risk Standard, or have an exemption granted as per the Client Contracts Risk Standard exemption approval process.\nParticipates in the tender evaluation, assessment and response process with Sales and Marketing to ensure Contract-related items are properly addressed.\nReviews and assesses the liabilities present in our Client Contracts in order to provide expert advice to our Product Line operations managers and management team.\nCompletes a Contracts Rating Sheet for each Contract reviewed and ensures these are electronically uploaded in CRM.\nEnters all the information requested in the Contracts module of the Client Relationship Management database for every Contract signed.\nAssists the Area Contracts Manager and Area General Counsel on special projects when required.\nManages and supervises the Contracts personnel (i.e. Contracts Analysts, etc.) in the GeoMarket.\nReviews;
