This role provides exposure to oilfield operations, wellsite tasks, equipment, specific tools/services, and the Schlumberger culture. The trainee undergoes structured training to gain autonomy in delivering high-quality services to clients and applying business systems effectively.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist with technical support for basic downhole and surface equipment.\n\nBecome familiar with comprehensive oversight of risk management, adhering to the Zero Tolerance Rule Application.\n\nSupport Wellsite Customer / Drilling Contractor Engagement.\n\nAssist with maintenance of basic equipment and tools.\n\nComplete equipment calibration and wellsite integrity checks.\n\nEnsure equipment compliance according to logging programs.\n\nPrepare and validate orchestration programs / automated workflows.\n\nCondition equipment and logging tools for agreed acquisition programs.\n\nProvide Hardware LQC and troubleshooting as required.\n\nParticipate in all job reviews and debriefs.\n\nCapture field data in the appropriate business system.\n\nManage deviations from job programs through proper Management of Change.\n\nManage and escalate service quality incidents.\n\nComplete job packages and job closure.\n\nReport HSE/SQ events and participate in investigations and closures.\n\nWhat We Offer\nHands-on experience in wellsite supervision and field operations.\n\nExposure to oilfield equipment, logging tools, and risk management practices.\n\nStructured training to develop autonomy in service delivery and business system utilization.\n\nCareer development opportunities within field operations and wellsite supervision.\n\nA collaborative and safety-focused work environment.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nLicence or Technician degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.\n\nBasic understanding of wellsite operations, equipment, and oilfield safety practices.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in field-based operational environments.\n\nMotivation to learn and grow in wellsite supervision and field operations.\n\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
