This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The Field Engineer will execute service delivery operations, identify opportunities to improve performance, implement standard work practices, and manage operational risks while ensuring high levels of service quality and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute service delivery to customers and ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time\n\nParticipate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs\n\nAssist Design and Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid activities\n\nDevelop customer contacts to promote company products and services\n\nEnsure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections\n\nLead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance\n\nParticipate in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality initiatives\n\nWear appropriate PPE and strictly follow HSE policies\n\nMaintain required safety training and certifications\n\nProvide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed\n\nWhat We Offer\nHands-on experience in field engineering and service delivery operations\n\nExposure to customer interactions and real-world operational challenges\n\nOpportunities to develop technical and field engineering expertise\n\nCareer development opportunities within WIT and field engineering roles\n\nA collaborative and safety-focused work environment\n\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)\n\nExperience or strong exposure to field operations and service delivery\n\nGood understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\n\nAbility to work in field-based operational environments\n\nSLB is an equal employment opportunity employer.
