Sleek has been recognised by The Financial Times, The Straits Times, Forbes and LinkedIn as one of the fastest growing companies in Asia.\nBacked by world-class investors, we are on track to be one of the few cash flow positive, tech-enabled unicorns based out of Asia Pacific.\nRequirements\nMission of the role:\n\nHelp the Global COO office's BPM team make Sleek's operations faster and more reliable by using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Replit) to prototype automations, streamline SOPs and turn customer/operational data into systemic fixes that lift customer experience across SG, HK, AU and UK.\nKey outcomes in the first 6-12 months:\nShip 2-3 AI-built prototypes or automations (e.g. via Claude/Replit) that remove repetitive manual work for Ops/CX teams, with time saved measured. \nRefresh or create SOPs and knowledge-base articles for priority processes, AI-augmented and adopted by the relevant teams. \nSupport Continuous Improvement & Audit: analyse bad CSATs and escalations each week and propose root-cause, systemic fixes. \nClean and organise key operational datasets (e.g. Zendesk/CSAT) so they are reliable and dashboard-ready. Outcome 5: Own one cross-functional project end-to-end, including training materials and change management across at least two markets.\nMust-have experience:\nFinal-year student or recent graduate (Bachelor's degree and above). \nHands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), with at least one example of something built, automated or analysed with them. \nComfortable with data analysis in Excel/Google Sheets. \nMust be able to commit to a full-time, 6-month internship (40 hours/week).\nNice to have: Replit / low-code / no-code, basic Python or SQL, Tableau, process mapping\nMust-have attributes:\nOwnership \nCalm under pressure \nStructured and independent thinking \nOutcome-oriented \nClear communication, both verbal and written \nBuilder's mindset: curious, experiments with new tech to solve problems \nHighly collaborative across teams and countries \nBehavioural fit is also important at Sleek, and we will be looking for candidates that have a proven track record of embodying the below attributes in their recent roles:\nOwnership: This shows reliability and helps build trust within the team.
