The focus of this programme will be deliverable exceptional corporate governance support services to our Singapore-based clients.\nNo prior experience is needed - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training covering Singapore regulatory frameworks and modern corporate operational processes. If you have a growth mindset, are a confident communicator, enjoy real-world problem solving and are keen to launch a career in Operations, this is the ideal starting point.\nMission\nAs an Operations Executive, you will support client governance and corporate compliance under the guidance of senior team members. You will help execute daily regulatory workflows and deliver accurate, timely service in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.\nWhat You Will Do (Outcomes)\nLearn & Apply Compliance Knowledge: Under supervision, execute business critical corporate governance tasks, ACRA statutory filings, and client compliance updates. \nDeliver Great Client Service: Respond to client inquiries with passion and enthusiasm, becoming their trusted advisor using best practice industry procedures. \nEnsure Regulatory Accuracy: Maintain accurate statutory registers, corporate documents, and administrative records within required legal deadlines. \nCollaborate Across Teams: Work alongside senior associates and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nNo prior work experience is required\nMust be based in Singapore and hold current legal authorisation to work in Singapore\nEducation: Diploma or Degree.
