By maintaining a safe and clean work environment, supporting consistent operating practices, and collaborating across teams, the role contributes to reliable production, strong customer service, and overall operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities:\nParticipate and assist in all packaging operations to meet production and shipping schedules\nWork in compliance with company and regulatory policies\nReport unusual incidents and accidents and assist in developing corrective measures\nWork closely with all departments and crew leaders to ensure that internal and external customers are being adequately serviced\nAssist in on-the-job training\nMaintain production documents\nMaintain a clean and safe workstation and area\nOther duties as required\nRequirements:\nMust be over the age of 19\nMechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting ability\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nWorking experience with high speed packaging machine &/or fast-paced environment an asset\nWork rotational shift (day, night & afternoon) every 2 or 3 weeks\nWork in a fast-paced, high-decibel environment\nStairs and ladder climbing; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs\nWilling and able to learn new job skills\nAble to meet Packaging job requirements, including initiative, safety, housekeeping, attendance and productivity\n\nPlease note - this is a 3 month contract until approximately end of December 2026.\nThink you have what we need but your credentials don’t perfectly line up?
