This role works closely with the serving team to deliver food and beverages, promote and sell retail products, and maintain a clean, welcoming, and safe environment that enhances the customer experience.\nResponsibilities\nGuest Service\nProvide friendly, efficient, and attentive table-side service to all guests.\nDemonstrate thorough knowledge of beer offerings and menu items to enhance the customer experience.\nHandle reservations and keg orders using approved software systems.\n\nFood & Beverage Service\nDeliver food promptly from the kitchen to guests.\nServe food and beverages in accordance with company standards and responsible service practices.\n\nRetail Sales & Product Promotion\nPromote and sell retail beer products and merchandise.\nEducate customers on available products and make recommendations based on guest preferences.\n\nTeamwork & Operations\nWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.\nClear, clean, and reset tables promptly following guest departures.\n\nHousekeeping & Safety\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.\nFollow all company policies and procedures while contributing to a safe workplace.\n\nSkills and Qualifications (Required)\nValid and current AGLC ProServe Certification\nMinimum two years of serving experience\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work successfully within a team-based environment\nAcceptable criminal record check\nDemonstrated adaptability and flexibility\nStrong initiative and customer-focused mindset\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills\nWork Environment (Hybrid/Onsite)\nThis is an onsite role in a customer-facing taproom environment.
