The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SQL, product analytics, experimentation, dashboards, and analytical problem-solving.\n\nThe role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and Growth teams to understand user behavior, identify product opportunities, measure feature performance, and drive product improvements through data.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Analyze product, customer, and user-behavior data to identify actionable insights.\n\n- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and business problems.\n\n- Define and track product KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.\n\n- Build and maintain product performance dashboards and analytical reports.\n\n- Analyze user journeys, funnels, conversion rates, retention, engagement, and feature adoption.\n\n- Conduct cohort analysis to understand customer behavior and product performance.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, conversion, and retention.\n\n- Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments.\n\n- Evaluate the impact of new features and product changes using quantitative analysis.\n\n- Develop data-driven recommendations for product strategy and prioritization.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis on changes in key product metrics.\n\n- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.\n\n- Establish and maintain reliable metric definitions and reporting frameworks.\n\n- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 4 - 6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Product Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.\n\n- Strong understanding of product metrics and analytics methodologies.\n\n- Experience with funnel analysis, cohort analysis, retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.\n\n- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.\n\n- Good understanding of statistics and data interpretation.\n\n- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytical tools.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.\n\n- Exposure to Python or R for analytical tasks.\n\n- Experience working with digital products, SaaS, consumer technology, fintech, or marketplace businesses.\n\n- Knowledge of customer segmentation and behavioral analytics.\n\n- Exposure to data warehouse concepts and
