the Role:\n\nWe are looking for a Product Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience in building, launching, and scaling digital products.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles, customer-centric thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nThe Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, analytics, business, and other stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and drive products from discovery through execution and continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Own the product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and optimization.\n\n- Understand customer needs, business objectives, and market trends to identify and prioritize product opportunities.\n\n- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business goals.\n\n- Gather requirements from customers, business teams, and internal stakeholders and translate them into clear product requirements.\n\n- Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and product documentation.\n\n- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.\n\n- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and features are delivered as expected.\n\n- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly, and effective product experiences.\n\n- Partner with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure product quality before releases.\n\n- Track product development progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery risks and dependencies.\n\n- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.\n\n- Analyze product performance, user behavior, adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.\n\n- Use data, customer feedback, and market insights to identify product gaps and recommend improvements.\n\n- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.\n\n- Plan and coordinate product launches with engineering, marketing, sales, operations, and other relevant teams.\n\n- Continuously iterate on products based on customer feedback, analytics, experimentation, and business outcomes.\n\n- Communicate product roadmap, priorities, progress, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.\n\n- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution of product initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar product-focused role.\n\n- Proven experience managing digital products or technology platforms.\n\n- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.\n\n- Hands-on experience creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.\n\n- Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, and feature development.\n\n- Experience working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business teams.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to use product and business data to drive decisions.\n\n- Understanding of key product metrics such as adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.\n\n- Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.\n\n- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- Experience with SaaS, B2B, B2C, fintech, consumer technology, marketplace, or enterprise products.\n\n- Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.\n\n- Exposure to A/B testing and product experimentation.\n\n- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts.\n\n- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.\n\n-
